胫骨Pilon骨折采用微创经皮钢板内固定治疗临床体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨胫骨Pilon骨折采用微创经皮钢板内固定治疗的效果,对其医学价值进行研究,从而给临床的治疗提供借鉴意义。方法:收治胫骨Pilon骨折患者60例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。运用切开复位钢板内固定的技术对对照组进行治疗,采用微创经皮钢板内固定术对观察组进行治疗,手术后通过骨折愈合所需要的时间和X线片检查对两组的恢复情况进行比较。结果:在骨密度以及愈合骨折需要时间改善的情况下,观察组的术后恢复情况比对照组明显要好。对照组中有6例患者出现了畸形愈合、骨折移位等并发症,而在观察组中只有3例患者浅表皮肤出现感染状况,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮钢板内固定技术能使胫骨的功能和结构维持正常,在手术后早期加以锻炼,可以预防和减少并发症,此技术具有良好的治疗效果,并且可以降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of Tibial Pilon fracture treated with Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,to study on its medical value,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:We selected 60 cases of tibial Pilon fracture patients in 2011 May to 2013 May,these patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each.The patients of control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The patients of observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate.After the operation,through the fracture healing time required and X-ray examination,recovery situation of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:In the situation of bone density and fracture healing time improved,the postoperative recovery situation of patients in observation group was better than the control group obviously.In the control group,6 patients had complications,such as malunion,fracture displacement and so on.In the observation group,only 3 patients had superficial skin infection.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis can maintain the normal function and structure.After the operation,patients can early exercise,which can prevent and reduce complications.This technique has good treatment effect,and can reduce the incidence of complications,can be popularized widely.
