摘要
目的:观察布拉氏酵母菌散在早期干预新生儿黄疸的临床观察。方法:将416例健康新生儿随机分成两组,对照组常规母乳喂养,试验组常规母乳喂养基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂,分别观察两组新生儿中黄疸发生的几率。观察分析布拉氏酵母菌散在预防新生儿黄疸发生的作用。结果:对照组和试验组比较,试验组新生儿黄疸,尤其病理性黄疸发病率明显降低。结论:口服布拉氏酵母菌散用于预防新生儿黄疸具有显著作用,其有利于胆红素的排泄。
Objective:To observe Saccharomyces boulardii casual observation of early intervention in clinical neonatal jaundice.Methods:416 cases of healthy newborns were randomly divided into two groups:a control group of conventional breastfeeding,plus Saccharomyces boulardii powder breastfeeding routine experimental group,based on the probability of the two groups were observed in neonatal jaundice occurred.Observe and analyze the role of Saccharomyces boulardii in the prevention of neonatal jaundice scattered occurrence.Results:The control group and the experimental group,the experimental group,neonatal jaundice,especially jaundice incidence was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Oral Saccharomyces boulardii for the prevention of neonatal jaundice scattered occurrence has a significant role,which is conducive to the excretion of bilirubin,should be promoted in clinical practice.
