牙隐裂早期纯钛冠修复16例疗效观察

The clinical observation of 16 cases early cracked teeth titanium crown repair

目的:探讨采用纯钛冠修复早期隐裂牙的临床治疗效果。方法:收治早期隐裂牙患者16例,均采用纯钛冠修复,分析其治疗效果。结果:15例未出现咬牙合痛及牙髓炎症状,随访1~5年均未出现并发症;1例出现牙髓炎症状,后经冠套咬面开洞做牙髓摘除并根治。结论:纯钛冠修复早期隐裂牙临床治疗效果满意。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of using titanium crown repair the early cracked teeth.Methods:16cases were treated with early cracked teeth,are the use of pure titanium crown repair,analysis its therapeutic effect.Results:15cases without occlusal pain and inflammatory symptoms,patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years without complications;in 1patients with pulpitis symptoms,after the crown bite opening do extirpation of pulp and radical.Conclusion:pure titanium crown of early cracked teeth the satisfactory curative effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
