醒脑静合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗急性酒精中毒60例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 60 cases of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Naloxone Hydrochloride lnjection in treatment of acute alcohol poisoning

目的:观察醒脑静合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效,为临床提供更有效的治疗方法。方法:120例急性酒精中毒患者按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予盐酸纳洛酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药醒脑静治疗,2小时后进行疗效评价。结果:观察组的痊愈率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静合盐酸纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效优于单纯运用西药治疗。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Naloxone Hydrochloride lnjection in treatment of acute alcohol poisoning,to provide a more effective treatment for clinical.Methods:According to the random number table method,120 cases of acute alcohol poisoning patients were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given naloxone treatment,the observation group added Chinese traditional medicine Xingnaojing Injection treatment based on the control group treatment.After 2 hours,the effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Naloxone Hydrochloride lnjection in treatment of acute alcohol poisoning is better than the pure western medicine treatment.
