中西医结合治疗糖尿病疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法:58例糖尿病患者,在治疗时,治则及方剂亦因中医证型不同而有所不同,但用药均包括自拟的、有效的中药方剂降糖基本方。结果:治疗后>90%的患者症状基本消失或好转,空腹查血糖,由治疗前平均数225.55mg降至97.22mg,24小时尿糖定量由51.30g降为7.38g。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病的效果明显,不仅在消除三多症状,降血糖、尿糖方面疗效显著,而且在防治并发症上也取得了满意疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:In the treatment of 58 cases of patients with diabetes,treatment and prescription by the type and different,but both including self effective hypoglycemic basic party composed of Chinese medicinal formulae.Results:After treatment,the symptoms disappeared or improved in above 90% patients,check fasting blood glucose,the average before treatment was from225.55mg fall to 97.22mg,24 hours urine quantitative changes was from 51.30g fall to 7.38g.Conclusion:The effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes is obvious,not only in the elimination of more than three symptoms,blood glucose lowering urine glucose effect was significant,but also obtained satisfactory curative effect in the prevention and treatment of complications.
