摘要
目的:探讨消化性溃疡复发的因素以及护理措施,以提高护理质量,降低消化性溃疡复发率。方法:收治消化性溃疡复发患者70例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:消化性溃疡复发的诱因有饮食因素、不良生活习惯、心理因素、药物因素等。结论:加强对消化性溃疡复发患者健康教育并根据具体情况进行个体化护理,对提高治愈率、降低复发率具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the recurrence factors and nursing measures of peptic ulcer,in order to improve the quality of nursing,reduce the recurrence rate of peptic ulcer.Methods:We selected 70 cases of patients with peptic ulcer relapse in 2012August to 2013 October,the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were many causes of recurrence of peptic ulcer,including dietary factors,unhealthy living habits,psychological factors,drug factors and so on.Conclusion:To strengthen health education on recurrence of peptic ulcer patients and give Individual nursing care according to the specific circumstances are important to improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
