QQ群在产科健康教育中的效果观察

The effect observation of QQ group in obstetrics health education

目的:探讨QQ群在产科健康教育中的效果。方法:收治分娩产妇160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组采用普通的健康教育方式,观察组则应用QQ群的健康教育方式。比较两组患者满意率,产前、产后知识知晓率,并发症的发生率,母乳喂养成功率。结果:观察组患者满意率,产前、产后知识知晓率,母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组,观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:QQ群在产科健康教育中提高患者满意率,产前、产后知识知晓率以及母乳喂养成功率,降低并发症的发生率方面,收到了很好的效果,是一项适应当前形式的一种便捷、快速的沟通方式。

Objective:To explore the effect of QQ group in obstetrics health education.Methods:We selected 160 cases of pregnant women in 2013 April to 2014 January,these pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group with80 cases in each.The control group used ordinary health education,the observation group received health education with QQ group.Patient satisfaction rate,awareness rate of knowledge of prenatal and postpartum,incidence of complications,the success rate of breast feeding of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,patients satisfaction rate,awareness rate of prenatal and postnatal knowledge,the success rate of breast feeding was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There are statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Using QQ group in obstetrics health education can improve patient satisfaction rate,awareness rate of prenatal and postnatal knowledge,the success rate of breast feeding,reduce the incidence of complications,and has good results.It is a fast and convenient way of communication,which adapts to the current form,is worthy of promotion.
