摘要
目的:分析玉溪市围产儿出生缺陷发生情况,为减少出生缺陷制定预防保健措施提供依据。方法:对出生的孕满28周至产后7天的围产儿出生缺陷进行检测(包括死胎、死产),观察缺陷动态变化及其相关因素。结果:5年监测围产儿104933例,共发现出生缺陷儿1317例,平均缺陷发生率12.55‰。先天性心脏病有逐年上升趋势。结论:加强优生优育宣传指导,提高产前诊断技术,加强孕期保健,为孕妇创造优良环境及合理均衡饮食,可有效降低出生缺陷发生率。
Objective:To analyze perinatal birth defects occurrence in Yuxi city,provide the basis to formulate preventive care measures in order to reduce the incidence.Methods:To detect pregnant 28 weeks^postpartum 7 days full of perinatal birth defects(including fetal death,stillbirth)from 2008~2012,observe flaw dynamic changes and related factors.Results:Monitoring104933 cases of perinatal infant in 5 years,found 1317 cases of perinatal birth defects,average of defect rate was 12.55‰.Congenital heart disease was increasing year by year.Conclusion:Strengthen the eugenics propaganda guidance,improve prenatal diagnosis technology,strengthen the pregnancy health care,to create a good environment and reasonable and balanced diet for pregnant women,effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects.
