深圳地区社区健康服务中心上转院前急救患者病种、病情分析

The analysis of emergency patients' disease,condition before referral in Shenzhen Community Health Service Center

目的:通过对深圳地区社区健康服务中心(简称社康中心,下同)上转院前急救患者病种、病情进行分析,总结社区院前急救患者特点,探讨医院与社区卫生服务机构在一个经济实体的条件下,如何实现患者在二者之间合理分配、医疗资源合理利用。方法:回顾性分析西乡人民医院急诊科及下属38所社康中心实施院前急救协同双向接诊的5391例患者的临床资料,并进行对照分析。结果:5年间社康中心院前急救出诊共8025人次,接回上转患者5391例,占出诊人次67.1%,上转患者病因前3位分别为心血管系统疾病94.5%、呼吸系统疾病90.6%、神经系统疾病90.5%。结论:加强社区急救网络建设,普及社康中心医护人员急救知识,发挥社康中心院前急救功能,可提高急救成功率,降低社区院前急救患者死亡率和致残率。

Objective:To summarizes the characteristics of pre hospital emergency patients in community through analysis the Shenzhen Area Community Health Service Center(hereinafter referred to as the community health service center,the same below) is transferred first aid disease condition,and to explore how to achieve a reasonable distribution between hospital and community health service institutions under the condition of an economic entity,the rational use of medical resources.Methods:retrospectly analysis of 2009~2013 in our hospital emergency department of prehospital emergency medical service system in community health center hospital first aid to patient registration data and subordinate 38 community health service centers were analyzed the implementation of pre hospital emergency clinical data of 5391 cases of bi-directional admissions of patients.Results:during the past 5 years ago due to community health center hospital emergency visits a total of 8025 people,5391 people back to the patient, accounting for 67.1% people to visit,the patient first three causes were cardiovascular system,respiratory system disease,94.5% of 90.6% diseases of the nervous system 90.5%.Conclusion:strengthening community first aid network construction,promote community health center staff of first aid knowledge,play service center prehospital function,can improve the rescue success rate, reduce the community prehospital emergency patient mortality and morbidity.
