摘要
目的:评价经右房径路修补室间隔缺损方式行法洛四联症一期矫治术的临床疗效。方法:收治经右房径路修补室间隔缺损的法洛四联症一期矫治术患儿48例,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果:体外循环时间(78.12±13.4)分钟(54~122分钟),主动脉阻断时间(52.10±10.36)分钟(27~60分钟),呼吸机支持时间(22.62±18.43)小时(7.5~76小时),ICU滞留时间(3.50±1.89)天(2.5~7.5天),术后住院时间(9.75±2.11)天(7~14天),全组无死亡病例。结论:经右房径路修补室间隔缺损方式行法洛四联症一期矫治术临床效果良好。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy after right atrial incision repair of ventricular septal defect underwent period Ⅰ of tetralogy of Fallot orthomorphia.Methods:in 2010 January to 2012 June were treated with right atrial incision repair of ventricular septal defect in one stage repair of tetralogy of Fallot in 48 cases,the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:the extracorporeal circulation time was(78.12±13.4)(54~122),aortic cross clamp time was(52.10±10.36)(27~6),ventilator support time was(22.62 ± 18.43) hours(7.5~76h),ICU retention time was(3.50 ± 1.89) days(2.5~7.5d),the hospitalization time after operation was(9.75±2.11) days(7~14d),there is no death case.Conclusion:the right atrial incision to repair the clinical effects of ventricular septal defect underwent one stage repair of tetralogy of Fallot good.
