摘要
目的:讨论创伤性膝关节后外侧脱位一期手术切开复位治疗方法。方法:收治膝关节后外侧脱位患者32例,分析其损伤机制、并发症、手术时机、手术方法及疗效。结果:32例膝关节后外侧脱位患者,经手术切开复位后,脱位纠正。术后32例患者均在关节镜下行交叉韧带及侧副韧带重建术。关节镜下交叉韧带及侧副韧带重建术后24个月,21例获得随访,2000-IKDC评分接近正常,Tegner评分显示能从事轻度或中度劳动。结论:一期切开手术治疗能快速纠正关节脱位,减少并发症,为二期韧带重建手术创造了良好的条件。
Objective:To discuss one stage open reduction surgery therapy in traumatic knee posterolateral dislocation,.Methods:To admit 32 cases of patients with knee joint posterior lateral dislocation,to analyze damage mechanism,complication,operation time,operation method and curative effect.Results:32 cases of knee posterolateral dislocation,the correcting operation after dislocation open reduction.32 cases all were had cruciate ligament and lateral ligamentous revascularization under arthroscopy postoperation.24 months of cruciate ligament and lateral ligamentous revascularization under arthroscopy,20 cases were followed up,the 2000-IKDC score was close to the normal,Tegner score display can be engaged in the mild or moderate labor.Conclusion:The one stage surgical operation treatment can quickly correct the dislocation of joint,decrease complication,creating good conditions for the two stage ligament reconstruction operation.
