微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗肾结石的临床效果

The clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of renal calculi

目的:对治疗肾结石采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗法的疗效分析其合理度。方法:收治肾结石患者采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗110例为特殊组,另外选取110例肾结石患者采用开放性手术治疗法为常规组,两组之间进行对比观察。结果:采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗法后在手术时间、术中出血量、术后使用止痛药量、术后患者活动时间指标对比较常规组优异,肾结石清除度中达到92.73%。结论:对肾结石患者应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗法后患者出血量小,术后康复速度快,且伤口小,是目前相对其他手术治疗的理想方法。

Objective:For the treatment of renal calculi with minimally invasive its reasonable degree analysis of curative effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment method.Methods:2011 December^2013 December admitted patients with renal calculi by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of 110 cases as a special group,and select 110 cases of renal calculi were treated using open operation method into routine group,were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment after the operation time,amount of bleeding,postoperative analgesic dose,postoperative time index for comparing to conventional group is excellent,kidney stone clearance degree reached 92.73%. Conclusion:the patients with renal calculi with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of patients after a small amount of bleeding,postoperative rehabilitation is fast,and the wound is small,is the ideal method at present,relative to other operation treatment.
