宫术宁胶棒用于人工流产镇痛的效果研究

目的:观察宫术宁胶棒用于早孕行人工流产术时,扩张宫颈和镇痛的效果。方法:收治停经6~10周确诊为宫内妊娠妇女240例,将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组于术前10分钟宫颈管内放置宫术宁胶棒,对照组按术前常规用扩张棒扩张宫颈。结果:观察组镇痛效果、宫颈扩张明显优于对照组(P<0.005);观察组人流综合征发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.005)。结论:宫术宁胶棒能使宫颈软化松弛,可明显降低人流综合征的发生。

Objective:To observe the Gongshuning glue stick for early pregnancy induced abortion,dilatation and analgesia. Methods:from 2012 to 2013 6~10 weeks Menolipsis diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy in 240 cases,divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group in 10 min before surgery in the cervical canal placed Gongshuning glue stick,while the control group received routine according to preoperative expansion rod dilation of cervix.Results:In the observation group,the analgesic effect of cervical dilatation was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.005);observation group of artificial abortion syndrome were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.005).Conclusion:Gongshuning glue stick can soften the cervix relaxation,can significantly reduce the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome,is worthy of clinical use.
