摘要
目的:观察庆大霉素、维生素B12及利多卡因混合液对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法:收治36例复发性口腔溃疡患者,采用硫酸庆大霉素8万U,维生素B12500μg,加1%利多卡因0.5ml配成混合液治疗。随诊观察,记录溃疡的愈合情况。结果:溃疡愈合情况:36例患者中有效34例,无效2例,有效率94%。溃疡复发情况:经过近1年的追踪观察,34例有效患者中有11例未见复发,19例发作间隔时间较用药前相对延长3~4周,3例同用药前无明显变化,有效率88%。结论:局部采用庆大霉素、维生素B12及利多卡因混合液涂布溃疡面,进行局部治疗,操作简便,价格低廉且效果明显,而且短期内不易复发。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of gentamicin,vitamin B12and lidocaine on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:To admit 36 cases of recurrent oral ulcer,using gentamicin sulfate 80000,vitamin B12 500μg,plus 1% lidocaine 0.5ml mixed liquid. Follow up observation,record the healing of ulcer.Results:Ulcer healing:in 36 cases of patients,effective was 34 cases,invalid was 2 cases,the effective rate was 94%.Ulcer recurrence:after nearly a year of follow-up,in 34 cases of patients,11 patients with no recurrence,seizure interval of 19 cases compared with those before treatment were relatively prolonged 3~4 weeks,3 cases compared with before treatment had no obvious change,the effective rate was 88%.Conclusion:The partial use of gentamicin, vitamin B12and lidocaine mixture coated ulcer surface,local treatment,simple operation,low price and the effect is obvious,and the short term is not easy to relapse,is worth promoting the community physician.
