痛风颗粒治疗高尿酸血症痛风的临床体会

Clinical experience of Tongfeng particles treatment of hyperuricemia and gout

目的:观察痛风颗粒加减治疗高尿酸血症痛风的疗效。方法:将60例高尿酸血症痛风患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组用秋水仙碱首次1mg,此后每2小时0.5mg,症状缓解后0.5mg/日;别嘌呤醇100mg/日。治疗组在对照组基础上加痛风颗粒(由首乌、白术、土茯苓组成)。两组疗程共4周。观察治疗前后两组血尿酸水平及临床症状变化。结果:所有结果以均值±标准差(x±s)表示,对各项指标之间行t检验,经过4周的治疗,两组的血尿酸比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:痛风颗粒联合秋水仙碱、别嘌呤醇可显著改善痛风患者的临床症状,能显著降低血尿酸水平,疗效优于单独用秋水仙碱及别嘌呤醇。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tongfeng particles treatment of gout and hyperuricemia.Methods:60 patients with hyperuricemia and gout patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group.Control group was treated with colchicine for 1mg,then 0.5mg every 2 hours,symptoms after 0.5mg/days;fasten purine alcohol 100mg/days.The treatment group in the control group on the basis of ventilation granule(Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Atractylodes,Poria cocos).The two group was treated for 4 weeks.Change in the two groups of serum uric acid levels and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results:All results expressed as mean±standard(±S),the indicators for t test, after 4 weeks of treatment,2 groups of patients with significant difference of blood uric acid(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ventilation granule combined with colchicine,fasten purine alcohol can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with gout, more can reduce the blood uric acid level,curative effect is better than single use of colchicine and fasten purine alcohol.
