摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加味治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:收治慢性荨麻疹患者90例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予咪唑斯汀10mg/日口服,胸腺素注射液60mg+5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴。观察组在对照组的基础上加血府逐瘀汤加味,两组均连续治疗2周。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:To admit 90 cases of patients with chronic urticaria from August 2012 to November 2013,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group,the control group were received mizolastine lOmg/day orally,60mg thymosin injection+5% 250ml glucose injection intravenous infusion.The observation group on the basis of the control group plus the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Results:The total effectiveness of the observation group was 93.3%,the total effectiveness of the comparison group was 66.7%,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria is significant, worthy of promotion.
