摘要
目的:对美国产IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪与迈特-N600型尿液分析仪(干化学试带法)两种方法进行比较和评价,两种方法参考的金标准以人工镜检对尿中RBC检测为准。方法:收集1365例新鲜尿标本,分别用两种方法对RBC检测的结果进行比较分析,所得数据以人工显微镜镜检RBC结果为金标准进行比较分析。结果:全自动尿沉渣测得的阳性率91.7%,阴性率92.5%;尿干化学试带法测得的RBC阳性率93.2%,阴性率92.3%。全自动尿沉渣法和干化学比较差异没有统计学意义,但是这两种方法和人工显微镜镜检比较均有统计学意义。结论:全自动尿沉渣仪和尿干化学试带法都不能完全代替人工显微镜镜检,应和人工显微镜镜检联合检测,更能提高尿检的质量,确保结果的准确度。
Objective:To compare and evaluate the USA production IQ200 automatic urinary sediment analyzer and Matt-N600 urine analyzer(dry chemistry test),the gold standard for reference of two methods was artificial microscopy of urine RBC test. Methods:To collect 1365 cases of fresh urine samples from October 2011 to October 2013,compare and analyze RBC detection results with the two methods respectively,and comparatively analyze the data obtained by artificial microscopy RBC results as the gold standard.Results:The positive rate of the automatic urinary sediment measured was 91.7%,the negative rate was 92.5%.The RBC positive rate of Yrine dry chemistry test measured was 93.2%,the negative rate was 92.3%.Comparison of the three methods, the automatic urinary sediment method and dry chemistry was not statistically significant,but the two methods and artificial microscopy were all statistically significant.Conclusion:The automatic urinary sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry test can't completely replace manual microscopy,should combine with artificial microscopy,can improve the quality of the urine,ensure the accuracy of the results.
