摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT图像后处理技术在胸锁关节脱位中的应用价值。方法:收治胸锁关节脱位患者83例,对所有患者采用X线片、螺旋CT及其图像后处理技术,并进行比较。结果:83例患者中,普通X线片摄影明确诊断47例(56.6%),提出可疑诊断15例(18.1%),无异常21例(25.3%)。所有患者经过螺旋CT扫描后均明确诊断,胸锁关节脱位42例(50.6%),半脱位41例(49.4%);其中前脱位71例(85.5%),后脱位12例(14.5%),同时发现伴随胸骨骨折4例;陈旧性脱位7例,伴有骨骺骨折11例。结论:螺旋CT横断扫描加3D重建技术,可早期确诊胸锁关节后脱位,并清楚显示锁骨内侧端移位情况及周围组织情况,指导临床治疗。
Objective:To discuss the application value of spiral CT post-processing technique in the sternoclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:To admit 83 cases of sternoclavicular joint dislocation from August 2005 to February 2013,all patients with X-ray,spiral CT and image post processing techniques,and compare.Results:In 83 patients,the common X-ray photography made clarify diagnosis in 47 cases(56.6%),put forward the suspicious diagnosis in 15 cases(18.1%),no abnormality in 21 cases(25.3%). All of the patients after spiral CT scan were diagnosed,sternoclavicular joint dislocation in 42 cases(50.6%),subluxation in 41 cases(49.4%);anterior dislocation in 71 cases(85.5%),backward dislocation in 12 cases(14.5%),and found that with the sternal fracture in 4 cases;old dislocation in 7 cases,with epiphyseal bone fracture in 11 cases.Conclusion:Spiral CT scan and 3D reconstruction can make an early diagnosis of sternoclavicular joint dislocation,and clearly show the medial clavicular displaced and surrounding tissue,to guide the clinical treatment.
