肺癌肾上腺转移的超声诊断价值

The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of adrenal metastasis in lung cancer patients

目的:探讨超声对肺癌肾上腺转移的诊断价值。方法:对54例肺癌肾上腺转移患者的超声图像进行回顾分析并与CT结果对照,对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果:超声对肾上腺转移的检出率89.2%(48/54),与CT结果比较,两者无明显差异,其超声特点均为低回声,较小的包膜完整,内部回声均匀;较大的边界欠清,内部回声欠均匀。结论:超声对肺癌的肾上腺转移的诊断具有重要作用,是发现和诊断本病的首选方法。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for lung cancer metastatic adrenal gland.Methods:54 cases of adrenal metastasis from lung cancer patients with ultrasound images were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of CT,the data were analyzed statistically.Results:the ultrasound of adrenal metastasis rate of 89.2%(48/54),in comparison with the results of CT,both Wu Mingxian differences,their ultrasound features were low echo,less complete capsule,internal echo uniform; larger boundary less clear,lack of uniform.Conclusion:Ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis of adrenal metastatic lung cancer,is the preferred method for detection and diagnosis of the disease.
