摘要
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)对早期肾功能损伤的诊断价值。方法:收治早期肾功能损伤患者120例,根据肾功能情况进行分组,其中肾功能代偿组30例,肾功能失代偿组25例,肾功能衰竭组25例,另外收集同期健康体检的各项指标均正常的30例作为对照组,所有人均进行CysC和Scr监测。结果:肾功能代偿组、肾功能失代偿组、肾功能衰竭组CysC和Scr明显高于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CysC诊断早期肾功能损伤具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C on early renal function injury.Methods:in our hospital, 120 cases of early renal injury in patients,grouped according to the condition of renal function,the compensatory kidney function group in 30 cases,renal decompensation group 25 cases,renal failure group 25 cases,the other indexes are collected health examination were normal in 30 cases as control group,all average per capita of serum cystatin C and Scr monitoring.Results:the compensatory kidney function group,renal decompensation group,renal failure group CysC and Scr was significantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C in early renal function injury has important clinical value.
