摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法:收治30例外科患者作为本次研究对象,对照组、研究组各15例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用人性化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理质量明显优于对照组,患者身体状况恢复较快,满意程度极高。结论:在外科护理管理中实施人性化护理对患者的康复具有重要意义。
Objective:To discuss the application of humanistic nursing in surgical nursing management.Methods:To admit 30 cases of surgical patients,as the research objects,the control group,the study group with 15 cases in each group,the control group was given routine care,the study group was given the humanistic nursing on the basis,compared the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results:The nursing quality of the study group patients was better than that of the control group,body status in patients were rapid recovery,satisfaction degree was more higher.Conclusion:Humanized nursing has an important significance for the rehabilitation of the patients in surgical nursing management,it is in clinical use.
