摘要
目的:通过观察行疝囊高位结扎术患儿的围手术期的护理,了解护理的重要意义。方法:收治疝气患儿72例,所有入组患儿给予术前和术后护理,观察疗效。结果:所有入组患者均痊愈出院。结论:护理在疝囊高位结扎术患儿的围手术期起到了非常重要的作用,能够降低手术给患儿带来的负面影响,促进其早日康复,在临床中起到了非常重要的作用。
Objective:Throug observation of perioperative nursing care of underwent high ligation of hernial sac in children, understand the significance of nursing care.Methods:To admit 72 cases of pediatric hernia surgery from October 2011 to December 2013,all groups were given preoperative and postoperative nursing,and observe the curative effect.Results:All the patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion:Nursing care has a very important role in the children with high ligation of hernial sac in perioperative period,can reduce the negative impact brought about by the operation for children,to promote their speedy recovery,in clinical practice has played a very important role.
