摘要
目的:探讨药物流产的护理方法。方法:收治停经49天的早孕妇女63例进行药物流产,对其护理进行观察。结果:60例早孕妇女服药后6小时内排出完整妊娠物,2例重复服用米索前列醇后3小时排出妊娠物,1例未排除妊娠物行清宫术。结论:药物流产过程中护士的正确用药指导及护理方法,可降低不全流产大出血等并发症的发生,提高药物流产终止妊娠的安全性。
Objective:To explore the nursing methods of drug abortion.Methods:We selected 63 cases of early pregnant women with menopause 49 days in 2012 October to 2013 October.They were drug abortion,and the nursing was observed.Results:60 cases discharged complete pregnancy objects within 6 hours after taking drugs.2 cases discharged complete pregnancy objects within 3 hours after repeated administration of misoprostol.1 case did not discharge complete pregnancy objects,and was treated with dilatation and curettage.Conclusion:In the abortion process,the correct medication guidance and nursing methods of nursing can reduce incomplete abortion bleeding and other complications,improve the safety of medication termination of pregnancy.
