柴芩承气汤内服联合六合丹外敷治疗急性胰腺炎效果观察及护理

Effect observation and nursing of ChaiQin ChengQi Decoction Combined with external treatment of Liuhe Dan in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨柴芩承气汤内服联合六合丹外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效。方法:将38例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各19例,对照组行西医常规保守治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用柴芩承气汤内服;芒硝灌肠;六合丹外敷。两组均7天为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率94.74%,无效率5.26%;对照组总有效率89.47%,无效率10.53%。治疗组住院时间(18.90±2.34)天,对照组住院时间(21.80±2.65)天。两组比较,无论是治疗效果,还是住院天数,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩承气汤内服联合六合丹外敷治疗急性胰腺炎效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of ChaiQin ChengQi Decoction Combined with external treatment of Liuhe Dan in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:38 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 19 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine treatment,the treatment group were treated with the ChaiQin ChengQi Decoction,mirabilite enema and external treatment of Liuhe Dan on the basis of the control group.7 days was the 1 period of treatment,curative effect was compared after 3 courses.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 94.74%,invalid rate was 5.26%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 89.47%,invalid rate was 10.53%.In the treatment group,the hospitalization time was 18.90±2.34 days,in the control group,the hospitalization time was 21.80±2.65 days. The comparison between the two groups,both the treatment effect or length of hospital stay,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of ChaiQin ChengQi Decoction Combined with external treatment of Liuhe Dan in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
