总结1606例经阴道分娩行会阴侧切术产妇的护理,认为术前系统掌握孕妇身体状况,有效处理伴随疾病,术中把握侧切时机,严格无菌,规范操作,术后及时观察及精心护理,恰当及时的处理措施是预防侧切不良愈合发生的关键。
To summarize the nursing of 1606 patients with vaginal delivery require a mediolateral episiotomy maternal, preoperative master body status of pregnant women,effective treatment of concomitant diseases,cutting time,side grasp strict aseptic operation, standardized operation,postoperative observation and nursing timely,appropriate and timely treatment is the key to prevent lateral incision healing happen.
