在家庭医生服务制中对高血压患者实施中医养生指导与人文关怀干预的效果评价

Effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine health guidance and humanistic care intervention for patients with hypertension in the family doctor service system

目的:观察在家庭医生服务制中对社区高血压患者实施中医养生指导与人文关怀干预的效果。方法:100例在家庭医生服务制签约中的高血压患者随机分为对照组和干预组(各50例),两组采取系统管理和常规用药管理,干预组在其基础治疗上再进行中医养生指导和人文关怀干预。12个月后观察两组管理前后情况。结果:干预组高血压患者对血压控制、中医养生和高血压相关知识知晓情况,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人文关怀干预的服务达标率、及时率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗满意度两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区高血压患者实施中医养生指导和人文关怀干预,能有效控制高血压患者的血压,普及高血压知识和中医养生知识,体现人文关怀的重要性。

Objective:To explore the effect evaluation of implementation of traditional Chinese medicine health guidance and humanistic care intervention to patients with hypertension in the family doctor system.Methods:We selected 100 cases of patients with hypertension in the family doctor service system,these patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group(50 each).Two groups adopted the system management and routine medication management.Intervention group added traditional Chinese medicine health guidance and humanistic care intervention.After 12 months,the two groups before and after administration were compared.Results:In the intervention group,control of blood pressure,Chinese medicine health and hypertension related health knowledge was better than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Humanistic care intervention service standard rate,timely rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).In treatment satisfaction,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine health guidance and humanistic care intervention in community patients with hypertension,can effectively control the blood pressure in hypertensive patients,popularize the hypertension knowledge and traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge,reflect the importance of humanistic care in the community,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
