益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者粪便钙卫蛋白的影响

Influence of probiotics combined with olsalazine on fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis patients

目的:观察益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的疗效及粪便钙卫蛋白的影响。方法:将217例UC患者随机分成观察组和对照组(其中观察组108例,对照组109例),观察组应用益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪,对照组应用奥沙拉嗪,然后观察两组疗效及测定两组治疗前后粪便钙卫蛋白的水平。结果:在应用益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪治疗后,患者的粪便钙卫蛋白水平明显下降。结论:益生菌联合奥沙拉嗪能够有效地降低溃疡性结肠炎患者的粪便钙卫蛋白。

Objective:To observe the influence of probiotics combined with olsalazine on fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.Methods:217 patients with UC were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(108 cases in the observation group,109 cases in the control group),the observation group were given probiotics combined with olsalazine,the control group were given olsalazine.We observed the curative effect of the two groups,and to determinate fecal calprotectin levels before and after treatment of two groups.Results:After the treatment of probiotics combined with olsalazine,the levels of fecal calprotectin of patients decreased significantly.Conclusion:Probiotics combine with olsalazine can effectively reduce fecal calprotectin of ulcerative colitis patients.
