摘要
目的:研究老年患者营养不良的诱发因素以及对并发症的影响。方法:收治老年患者89例,根据患者的营养状况对患者进行分组,其中观察组39例存在营养不良症状,对照组50例营养状况良好,回顾性分析两组的病历资料。结果:观察组贫血、低蛋白血症、感染性并发症以及非感染性并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当老年患者存在营养不良症状时,出现贫血、低蛋白血症的几率相对较高,应加强对患者的饮食干预,纠正营养不良症状。
Objective:To study the induced factors and the impact on the complications in elderly patients with malnutrition.Methods:89 elderly patients were selected.We divided them according to the nutritional status,39 cases with malnourished symptoms were observation group,50 cases with good nutrition were the control group.We retrospective analyzed the medical records of two groups.Results:The incidence rate of anemia,hypoproteinemia,infectious complications and non infectious complications in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients have a high risk of anemia,hypoalbuminemia when they had malnutrition symptoms,we should strengthen the diet intervention of patients,in order to correct the malnutrition.
