摘要
目的:分析两种不同治疗方法对外伤性前房积血的疗效。方法:收治外伤性前房积血患者100例。按照治疗方法分为甲组和乙组,甲组眼数46眼,乙组眼数61(两组都有双眼受伤的患者)。甲组使用的是止血促血吸收药物;乙组使用的是止血促血吸收药物+尿激酶。比较两组视力恢复情况(有效率)和积血吸收时间。结果:乙组的视力恢复有效率86.89%,甲组的视力恢复有效率71.73%;积血吸收时间乙组短于甲组。结论:止血促血吸收药物+尿激酶对外伤性前房积血的疗效甚好。
Objective:To analyze the effect of two different methods in the treatment of traumatic hyphema.Methods:100 patients with traumatic hyphema.They were divided into group A and group B according to the treatment methods.The group A with 44eyes,the group B with 63 eyes(both of the two groups have patients with the two eyes were injured).The group A patients was given hemostatic promote blood absorption drugs;the group B patients was given promote blood absorption drugs and urokinase.We compared the patients visual acuity(efficiency) and the blood absorption time between the two groups.Results:The group B patients' efficiency was 86.89%,the group A patients' efficiency was 71.73%;the blood absorption time of the group A was shorter than that of the group B patients.Conclusion:The curative effect of hemostatic promote blood absorption drugs combine with urokinase for traumatic hyphema is good.
