综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:评价综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将160例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,各80例。观察组采用机械牵引、推拿按摩结合射频和药物治疗,对照组采用机械牵引和推拿按摩。对比两组治疗效果和疼痛VAS评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、疼痛VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果良好,能够有效缓解疼痛。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:160 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each.The observation group was treated with mechanical traction,massage combined with radio frequency and drug treatment;the control group was only treated with mechanical traction and massage.We compared the therapeutic effects and the pain VAS score of two groups.Results:The therapeutic effects and the pain VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is good,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients.
