双黄连注射液保留灌注治疗膝关节积液71例疗效观察

Shuang Huang Lian injection retained perfusion in the treatment of 71 cases with knee effusion

目的:探讨双黄连注射液保留灌注治疗膝关节积液的临床疗效。方法:收治71例膝关节积液患者,行双黄连注射液保留灌注治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果:61例痊愈,有效10例,其中1个疗程治愈48例,2个疗程治愈13例。结论:双黄连注射液保留灌注治疗膝关节积液疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shuang Huang Lian injection retained perfusion in the treatment of knee joint effusion.Methods:71 patients with knee joint effusion were selected,they were treated with Shuang Huang Lian injection retained perfusion.We analyzed the treatment effect.Results:61 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective.48 patients were cured in 1 course of treatment,13 cases were cured in 2 courses.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shuang Huang Lian injection retained perfusion in the treatment of knee joint effusion is significantly.
