老年肺结核患者短程化疗中X线检查疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of short course chemotherapy for elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis using X-ray examination

目的:通过对169例老年肺结核患者短程化疗,X线下动态观察其病灶变化、化疗效果。方法:收治>60岁老年肺结核患者169例,年龄60~83岁,选择6个月短程化疗方案,并在X线下动态观察病灶变化,分析其X线平片表现特征。结果:169例老年肺结核患者病灶吸收、缩小、纤维化、消散,钙化,显效110例,显效率65.09%。结论:X线动态观察是病灶变化中的间接反应,X线的吸收好转与痰菌变化有一定相关性。

Objective:Dynamic observation on the changes of the lesions in short course chemotherapy of 169 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,changes of X-ray examination as an indicator to judge the effect of chemotherapy.Methods:169patients over 60 years old with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected,aged 60-83.We choosed short course chemotherapy of 6months,and observed the changes of the lesions dynamicly under X-ray,we analyzed its X-ray features.Results:The focus absorption,narrow,fibrosis,dissipation and calcification in 169 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,110 cases had a significant effect,the effective rate was 65.09%.Conclusion:The dynamic observation of X-ray can reflect the lesions changes indirectly,we can say the X-ray absorption in connection with sputum bacteria change.
