With the improvement of the peoples' living level and living habits change,the prevalence rate of hypertension was significantly increased,it had close relationship to major diseases which can cause human death,such as coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease.how to do community nursing of hypertensive disease has become the focus of the community medical staff.The foreign experience shows that the key of hypertension control is to do a good job of community nursing,I expounded how to do a good job of hypertension in community nursing combined domestic and foreign relevant documents and my actual work,and provide some views of nursing about hypertension population in our country.
