摘要
目的:探讨和分析分层管理在护理管理中的效果,总结其临床价值。方法:比较分析实施分层管理前后护理质量和满意度情况。结果:实施护士分层管理后,护理质量、护士的工作满意度和住院患者满意度均较实施前有明显提高。结论:实施护士分层管理,实现了人力资源的合理调配和科学管理,促进了护理质量的持续改进,提高了护士的工作满意度。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effects of hierarchical management in nursing management,summarizes its clinical value.Methods:We compared and analysed the quality and satisfaction of care before and after the administration of stratification. Results:All of the quality of care,nurses' job satisfaction and inpatient satisfaction were significantly improved after the hierarchical management.Conclusion:We implementated the human resources rational allocation and scientific management,promote the continuous improvement of the quality of care,and improved job satisfaction of nurses through hierarchical management
