摘要
蛋白质是人类执行生命活动的直接载体,对于蛋白质的深入研究,不但有助于全面阐释生命活动的本质,而且对于研究疾病发生机制、提前预警以及诊断疾病、疗效的预后预测均具有重要意义。基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术是目前蛋白质组学研究中经常用到的质谱研究技术之一,已经广泛应用于临床研究。现就其在血液系统疾病中的应用进展进行总结。
Protein is the direct carrier of human life activities.For depth research on protein,it not only helps to explain the essence of life activity,but also have important significance on the study of the mechanism of diseases,early warning,diagnosis of the disease and the prediction of curative effect.At present,matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) technology is one of the frequently used mass spectrometry techniques in proteomics research.It has been widely used in clinical research.We summarize the application progress of it in the blood system diseases.
