氯吡格雷联用阿司匹林治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效

Effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的:观察氯吡格雷联用阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的疗效及预后。方法:将108例UA患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组单用阿司匹林+常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用氯吡格雷,观察两组心绞痛发作的频率、持续时间、发作间期及心电图变化。随访1年后主要心脏不良事件的发生率。结果:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗UA优于单用阿司匹林,主要心脏不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合应用治疗UA,效果显著,有益于减少严重心血管事件。

Objective:To observe the effects and prognosis of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods:108 patients with UA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with aspirin alone and conventional therapy;the observation group added clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.Two groups were observed in patients with angina attack frequency,duration,interval and ECG changes.After 1 year of follow-up,We observed the incidence of major adverse cardiac events.Results:The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of UA was superior to aspirin alone,the incidence of major adverse cardiac events was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is significant,and it is beneficial to reduce the severity of cardiovascular events.
