成功抢救体内带毒致急性重度海洛因中毒5例

Successful rescue of 5 cases of acute severe heroin poisoning caused by drugs in vivo

目的:分析研究因体内藏毒导致急性重度海洛因中毒,采用急救处理措施的临床救治效果。方法:近年来收治急性重度海洛因中毒患者5例,对其相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者均通过手术取出毒品,并给予纳洛酮进行拮抗治疗。结论:对急性重度海洛因中毒采取相对应的急救措施,可以取得显著临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of emergency treatment measures for patients of acute severe heroin poisoning caused by drugs in vivo.Methods:In recent years,5 patients with acute severe heroin poisoning were selected,the relevant clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The drugs in patients were all removed by operation,and patients were given naloxone antagonism treatment.Conclusion:Corresponding emergency measures adopted for acute severe heroin poisoning can achieve significant clinical effect,it is worth spreading in clinical practice.
