摘要
目的:探讨锁定加压钢板(Locking compression plate)治疗四肢骨折(Limbs fracture)的临床疗效。方法:收治四肢骨折患者40例,均采用压钢板治疗。结果:本组40例四肢骨折患者,骨折愈合时间4~6个月,平均5.1个月,经过7~13个月的随访,根据Johner-Wruhs分级法进行评定,40例患者优33例(82.5%),良7例(7.5%),优良率100.0%。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折具有固定牢固、创伤小、并发症少等优点。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods:40 patients with limb fracture were selected,they were treated with pressure plate.Results:Among 40 patients with limbs fracture,fracture healing time was 4~6 months,average time was 5.1 months.After 7~13 months of follow-up,according to Johner-Wruhs classification,in 40 patients,33 cases(82.5%) were excellent,7 cases(7.5%) were good,the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion:Locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures has many advantages,such as firm fixation,less trauma and less complications.
