应用中国商环行包皮环切210例分析

Analysis of 210 cases of circumcision by application of China shang ring

目的:观察使用中国商环行包皮环切术的安全性,临床应用效果,探讨应用中国商环行包皮环切术的优越性。方法:应用中国商环行包皮环切术患者210例,传统包皮环切术患者140例,对手术时间、术中出血、术后并发症、外观情况等进行对比观察。结果:商环组手术时间(4±2)分钟,术中出血0.5~3ml,主要并发症是术后感染2例(0.95%)、水肿10例(4.76%)、术口裂开2例(0.95%)、脱环2例(0.95%),拆环时间(10±2)天,术后均术口整齐、外形美观。传统组手术时间(35±10)分钟,术中出血30~40ml,主要并发症是术后感染3例(2.14%)、水肿10例(7.14%)、术口裂开2例(1.43%),愈合后常呈锯齿样改变,影响美观。结论:应用中国商环行包皮环切术手术操作简单、易掌握、可规范操作、手术时间短、出血少、并发症少、外形美观。

Objective:To observe the safety,clinical effect of China shang ring in circumcision,to explore the superiority of application of China shang ring in circumcision.Methods:210 patients with circumcision treated with China shang ring were selected,140 patients with circumcision treated with traditional operation method were selected.Operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative complications,the appearance were compared.Results:In the shang ring group,the operation time was 4±2minutes,bleeding during operation was 0.5~3ml.The main complications were postoperative infection in 2 cases(0.95%),edema in10 cases(4.76%),wound dehiscence in 2 cases(0.95%),and doffing ring in 2 cases(0.95%);ring split time was 10±2 days.After surgery,the wound was neat,the shape was beautiful.In the traditional group,operation time was 35±10 minutes,bleeding during operation was 30~40ml.The main complications were postoperative infection in 3 cases(2.14%),edema in 10 cases(7.14%),wound dehiscence in 2 cases(1.43%).After the healing,the incision was like sawtooth,and it was not beautiful.Conclusion:We use China shang ring in circumcision operation,the operation is simple,it is easy to master;operation time is short,haemorrhage is little,complication is little,the appearance is beautiful.
