可吸收螺钉治疗关节骨折的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of joint fracture

目的:研究分析采用可吸收螺钉治疗关节骨折的临床效果。方法:收治关节骨折患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用可吸收螺钉治疗,对照组采用传统骨折的治疗方法。观察比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及关节功能评分。结果:两组的手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组的术中出血量(325±216ml)及愈合时间(10.6±1.9)周均要优于对照组的术中出血量(568±215ml)及愈合时间(14.6±2.5周)(P<0.05);观察组HSS评分的优良率96.7%要高于对照组HSS评分的优良率76.7%(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:关节骨折的患者采用可吸收螺钉治疗的效果显著,不仅创伤小,而且术后恢复快。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of joint fracture.Methods:60 patients with fracture were selected from 2011 september to 2013 december,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The observation group were treated with absorbable screw,the control group was treated with the traditional treatment methods.Operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,healing time and the scores of joint function of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time of two groups of patients(P>0.05);The amount of bleeding during the operation(325±216ml) and healing time(10.6±1.9 weeks) of observation group were better than that of the control group of the amount of bleeding during the operation(568±215ml)and healing time(14.6±2.5 weeks)(P<0.05);In the observation group,the excellent and good rate of HSS score was 96.7%;in the control group,the excellent and good rate of HSS score was 76.7%,the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of joint fracture is significant.The wound is small,postoperative recovery is fast,and it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
