高校教师健康状况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of health status of university teachers

目的:分析宁德师范学院教师的健康体检结果,探讨该人群总体健康状况,为高校教师的预防保健工作提供依据。方法:通过健康体检,对教师体检结果进行分析。结果:通过对患病较高的13个指标在各年龄段的患病率进行统计,以及不同性别之间的比较,发现606名受检者中,515名被检测出有不同程度异常,阳性率85%。其中高血脂48.6%,前列腺增生30.8%,脂肪肝29.2%,高血压26.1%,高血糖21.8%;前列腺增生、高血压、高血糖、心电图异常、肝肾囊肿、胆囊壁毛糙的患病率随年龄的增长而增高;高血压、高血糖、心电图异常、肝肾囊肿、胆囊壁毛糙、转氨酶增高,男性患病率显著高于女性;女性50岁后,高血脂、脂肪肝、高血压患病率急剧升高。结论:高校教师尤其是男性教师身体健康状况不佳,需要多方面给予关注或进行适当干预。

Objective:To analyze the results of health examination of teachers in Ningde normal college,to explore the overall health status of the people in order to provide the basis for preventive health care of teachers in colleges and universities.Methods:Through the healthy examination,we analyzed the teacher's examination results.Results:Through the statistics of prevalence rate in all ages of 13 indexes with high prevalence rate,and the comparison between different gender,in 606 subjects,515 cases were tested with different degrees of abnormal,and the positive rate was 85%.Among them,48.6% was high blood fat,30.8% was benign prostatic hypertrophy,29.2% was fatty liver,26.1% was hypertension,21.8% was high blood sugar.The prevalence rate of prostate hyperplasia,hypertension,hyperglycemia,abnormal electrocardiogram,liver and kidney cyst and gallbladder wall rough was increased with age.The prevalence rate of male of hypertension,hyperglycemia,abnormal electrocardiogram,liver and kidney cyst,gallbladder wall rough and the elevation of aminotransferase was higher than that of women.Women after the age of 50,the prevalence rate of high blood lipids,fatty liver and hypertension was increased sharply.Conclusion:University teachers,especially the male teachers,the health status is poor,they need more attention and appropriate intervention.
