摘要
目的:探讨儿童营养不良性贫血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)变化,为合理诊断糖尿病、减少误诊提供指导意见。方法:对105例营养不良性贫血患者进行铁代谢、维生素B12、叶酸、血常规、骨髓细胞学、空腹血糖(FG)检查,与健康对照组(50例)对比研究营养不良性贫血HbA1c、FG的变化及相关性。结果:IDA组HbA1c均值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),RBC、Hb、铁蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05),FG与对照组比较无明显变化(P>0.05),HbA1c与Hb、RBC、铁蛋白呈负相关。结论:参考HbA1c诊断糖尿病之前,应该纠正缺铁性贫血,以免造成误诊。
Objective:To explore the change of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) in children with dystrophic anemia,to provide guidance for the reasonable diagnosis of diabetes and reducing misdiagnosis.Methods:105 patients with dystrophic anemia were selected,we examined the iron metabolism,vitamin B12,folic acid,routine blood test,bone marrow cytology and fasting blood glucose(FG) of them,and we compared them with the healthy control group(50 cases) to analyze the changes and correlation of HbA1c and FG of dystrophic anemia.Results:In the IDA group,the mean value of HbA1c was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),RBC,Hb and ferritin were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),FG compared with the control group had no significant changes(P>0.05),HbA1c was negatively related to Hb,RBC and ferritin.Conclusion:Before HbA1c diagnosis of diabetes,we should correct iron deficiency anemia in order to avoid the misdiagnosis.
