重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理60例

Nursing care of 60 cases of severe acute pancreatitis

目的:总结重症急性胰腺炎的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:收治重症急性胰腺炎患者60例,进行精心护理。本组60例重症急性胰腺炎患者采用非手术治疗57例,手术治疗3例,共治愈50例,治愈率88.3%,好转6例,好转率10.0%,死亡1例。结论:加强病情观察、体位护理、饮食护理、给药护理、胃肠减压护理和预防并发症的发生是做好重症急性胰腺炎患者护理的关键。

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in order to further improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected,they received meticulous care.In 60cases with severe acute pancreatitis,57 patients were treated by non operation way,3 patients were treated by operation mode.Results:50 cases were cured,the cure rate was 88.3%;6 cases were improved,the improvement rate was 10%;1 case died.Conclusion:To strengthen the observation condition,posture nursing,diet nursing,medication nursing,gastrointestinal decompression care and prevention of complications is the key to the care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
