护理诊断在内科患者临床护理的应用

Application of nursing diagnosis in clinical nursing in department of internal medicine patients

目的:探讨护理诊断在内科患者临床护理中的效果。方法:收治内科患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理诊断,观察两组的治疗效果并评价护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理满意度95.0%高于对照组77.5%,且观察组的治愈率87.5%高于对照组55.0%,观察组的日常生活活动能力和住院时间优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对内科患者实施护理诊断可提高患者的满意度,保证治疗效果,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing diagnosis in clinical nursing in department of internal medicine patients.Methods:80 patients in department of internal medicine were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received nursing diagnosis on the basis of conventional care.The results of two groups were observed,nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results:Nursing satisfaction of observation group with 95% was higher than that in the control group of 77.5%,the cure rate of 87.5% of the observation group was higher than that of the control group of 55%,observation group's activities of daily living and hospitalization time was superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing diagnosis in department of internal medicine patients can improve patient satisfaction,ensure the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
