Analysis of the causes and nursing of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:总结产后大出血的原因及护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:收治产后出血产妇50例,加强对产妇产前、产中和产后的护理,同时加强失血性休克的护理和生活护理。结果:宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤和凝血功能障碍是导致产后大出血的主要原因,经过治疗和护理,50例产后出血患者均痊愈出院。无并发症发生。结论:宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤和凝血功能障碍是导致产后大出血的主要原因。加强产前、产中和产后的护理是提高护理质量的关键。

Objective:To summarize the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing experience,to further improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.We strengthened the nursing of antenatal,intrapartum and postpartum,while strengthened the nursing of hemorrhagic shock and life nursing.Results:Uterine inertia,placenta factor,injury of soft birth canal and coagulation dysfunction were the main causes of postpartum haemorrhage.After treatment and nursing,50patients with postpartum hemorrhage were recovered and discharged from the hospital.No complication occurred.Conclusion:Uterine atony,placenta factor,injury of soft birth canal and coagulation dysfunction were the main causes of postpartum haemorrhage.Strengthening prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum care is the key to improve the quality of nursing.
