摘要
高血压是一种危害性较大的慢性疾病,针对高血压人群实施社区护理干预是一项有效的防治手段。本文通过介绍社区护理的概念及作用,分析研究社区护理干预形式现状及未来的发展方向,期望推动社区护理干预的水平,达到患者健康的目的。
Hypertension is a more destructive chronic disease.The community nursing intervention for the hypertension group is an effective prevention and control means.We research on the situation and the future development direction of community nursing intervention form by introducing the concept and role of community nursing,we hope to promote the community nursing intervention level,make the patient health purposes.
