摘要
目的:观察不同剂量他汀类药物治疗与新发糖尿病风险的相关性。方法:2008年1月-2013年1月收治心血管疾病并接受他汀类药物治疗患者(排除同时合并糖尿病者)868例,随机分为A、B两组;A组患者应用中等强度治疗(阿托伐他汀10~20mg/日),B组进行高强度治疗(阿托伐他汀40~80mg/日),观察两组新发糖尿病的情况。结果:高强度治疗新发糖尿病发病率1.8%,中等强度治疗新发糖尿病发病率1.2%。结论:大剂量他汀类药物治疗可增加新发糖尿病的风险性。
Objective:To observe the correlation of different dose of statin treatment and new onset diabetes risk.Methods:868patients with cardiovascular disease and statin treatment(excluding patients with diabetes) were selected from January 2008 to January 2013 and randomly divided into A group and B group.The patients of A group were given medium intensity treatment(atorvastatin 10~20mg/day),B group was given high strength treatment(atorvastatin 40~80mg/day).We observed the new onset diabetes cases in two groups.Results:The incidence rate of new onset diabetes with high strength treatment was 1.8%,and the incidence rate of new onset diabetes with medium intensity treatment was 1.2%.Conclusion:High dose statin therapy can increase the risk of new onset diabetes.
