软通道微创介入治疗高血压脑出血的疗效和安全性分析

Analysis of efficacy and safety of soft channel minimally invasive interventional in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨软通道微创介入治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果及安全性。方法:收治高血压脑出血患者60例,分为试验组及对照组。试验组患者采用软通道微创介入治疗,对照组采用硬通道微创术治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症以及生活自理能力和生活质量评分。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.28,P>0.05),试验组出现再出血、感染等并发症者均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组日常生活自理能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但QOL评分试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:软通道微创术与硬通道微创术治疗高血压脑出血均有较好的疗效,但是软通道治疗能够降低并发症发生率,安全性更好,且能提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To investigate therapeutic efficacy and safety of the soft channel minimally invasive interventional in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was used soft passageway minimally invasive interventional therapy.The control group was used hard passageway minimally invasive interventional therapy.We comparatively analyzed the total efficiency,complications and self-care ability and life quality score of patients in two groups.Results:The the total efficiency of patients in two groups was no significant differences( χ 2=1.28,P<0.05).The complications such as rehaemorrhagia,infection of the experimental group were significantly less than these of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-care ability of daily life of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the QOL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effects of soft channel minimally invasive interventional and hard passageway minimally invasive interventional in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are good.But soft channel treatment can reduce the incidence rate of complications,it has better safety and can improve the life quality of the patients.
