摘要
目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(LNG-IUS,曼月乐)联合妥塞敏治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法:2009年1月-2011年6月收治子宫腺肌病患者20例,放置LNG-IUS治疗,比较放置前后内分泌改变、痛经程度、经量、子宫内膜厚度及血清CA125等临床指标的变化。结果:放置后6个月、12个月测定的FSH、LH、E2值与放置前比较差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。放置LNG-IUS后痛经症状明显缓解,经量明显减少,经期缩短,子宫内膜变薄,血清CA125降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LNG-IUS联合妥塞敏治疗子宫腺肌病确实有效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of left acetylene progesterone intrauterine birth control system(LNG-IUS,Mirena)combined with transamin in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:20 patients with adenomyosis were selected from January 2009 to June 2011.They were treated with LNG-IUS.We compared the changes of clinical indicators before and after treatment,such as the endocrine change,the degree of dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and serum CA125 and so on.Results:Compared with before treatment,FSH,LH,E2 values in 6 months and 12 months after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After LNG-IUS treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom was relieved,the menstrual quantity was obviously reduced,the menstrual period was shortened,the endometrium was thin,the serum CA125 decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of LNG-IUS combined with transamin in the treatment of adenomyosis is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
