电针配合眼针等综合治疗面神经麻痹疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of facial palsy

目的:探讨电针配合眼针、五官超短波治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:体针取穴:攒竹、阳白、丝竹空、四白、下关、迎香、地仓、颊车、合谷(健侧)、足三里(双侧)、太聪(双侧)。眼针取穴:上焦区、肺区、心区、肾区、脾区。TDP取患侧面部。五官超短波电极置于翳风穴、下关穴。结果:痊愈率91.7%,总有效率100%。结论:综合治疗,可缩短病程,提高疗效,优于单一疗法。

Objective:To explore the effect of electro acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture,ultrashort wave of the five sense organs in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Acupuncture points:Zanzu,Yangbai,Sizhukong,Sibai,Xiaguan,Yingchun,Dicang,Jiache,Hegu(uninjured side),Zusanli(bilateral),Taicong(bilateral).Eye acupuncture acupoints:Shangjiaoqu,Feiqu,Xinqu,Shenqu,Piqu.TDP took ipsilateral facial.Ultrashort wave of the five sense organs electrode placed at Yifengxu,Xiaguanxu.Results:The cure rate was 91.7%,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment can shorten the course of disease,improve the efficacy.It is better than single therapy.
